What the role is:
The person in this role will contribute to the driving of NAC’s digitalisation journey, through leveraging technology partnerships and networks, and working with NAC departments to:
This role will support the in-house conducting of DMI starting 2025, development of staff digital competencies (e.g. in new areas like AI and Gen AI), coordinating of cross-department improvement projects for G2E, as well as internal comms to move the work positively in making NAC a digitally mature organisation by end FY27.

- Upskilling NAC’s workforce through digital and tech competencies

What we are looking for
- Good and relevant Degree
- At least 3 years working experience in relevant domains, working with technology or digital solutions and equipped with stakeholder and project/stakeholder management experience
- Experience in
- organisational digital transformation and related work
- sourcing for suitable digital solutions and vendors
- planning of digital tools adoption strategy and communication strategy
- implementation and roll out of digital tools adoption
- design, planning and implementation of digital initiatives in the organisation
- Event organising including running hands-on sessions, talks and brown bags and developing relevant staff-communication collaterals and materials on the subject matter
- Good understanding of tech solutions that can help with organisational efficiency and effectiveness
- Good interest and experience in arts and technology fields
- Good with Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, social media and digital communication platforms for staff engagement and outreach
- Able to manage successful transformation projects as the Council adopts digitalisation solutions/ tools
- Good project management skills
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Good interpersonal skills and resourceful
- Able to translate business units’ requirements, perform requirement gathering to better understand and match solutions for departments’ needs
- Able to think critically and strategise systematically for the long term and to anticipate issues
- Able to multi-task and work independently but also work well in a team setting where required
- Good stakeholder management skills, integrating with staff, vendors and other government agencies to understand their requirements, and to identify key issues to arrive at recommendations
- Interest and/or experience in the arts and technology, and knowledge of technologies like augmented and/or virtual reality (ARVR) and interest in new technology trends and how they can drive new areas of growth
- Prior experience working with tech or solution providers or stakeholders/agencies in the digital adoption scope of work
- Experienced in innovation methodologies (e.g. AGILE, design thinking, UI/UX)
- Familiarity in programming, coding, game engines, 3D software, Web 3 technologies and concepts would be an added advantage
