- At least 6 years of experience in Performance marketing, with 3 years of team management experience
- Proven track record in achieving targets with resilience, while keeping an eye on long-term growth
- Experience in leading the continuous strategy for performance marketing growth
- With a strong people focus, you know how to attract, train, and inspire your team towards our mission and goals
- Structured while keeping the big picture in mind: you will need to prioritize for the team with deep understanding of impact
