The Head of Insurance role will be responsible for delivering the Revenue and Profitability of MoneyHero Group’s insurance business in Singapore, in line with the growth targets and plan. MoneyHero is a licensed broker in Singapore and this role will be responsible for both general insurance (Travel, Motor, Domestic Helper, Home etc..) and Life insurance .
This is an important business role which reports to the Chief Commercial Officer for MoneyHero Group and you will be supported by teams across commercial, product, marketing, technology and operations.

The Head Of Insurance For Singapore Will
- Own and deliver the revenue and profitability targets for the Singapore market covering both general and life insurance products
- Develop and execute GTM strategies
- Identify opportunities to drive business expansion.
- Work with cross-departmental resources from Product, Tech, Marketing & Operations to prioritize initiatives and drive growth for the overall vertical
- Maintain direct relationships with providers including senior management teams
- Be the in-house expert on all Insurance related matters
- Maintain healthy balance of dedicated support and one to many programs that support our partners
- Build & inspire a multi-faceted, high performing team
- 7+ years experience in the insurance industry in a high growth environment
- Proficiency in business development, project management, identifying market trends and managing P&L
- Ability to plan and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for growth
- Experience in scaling a InsureTech business and understand this ecosystem
- Passion for Customer Experience Automation and desire to scale that vision via our Insurance Partners
- Experience in managing direct reports and indirect resources through an in house matrix model
- Ability to think creatively, bring new programs to market in a compelling and impactful way, and a track record of scaling from there
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional partnership skills
