Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organise documents
- Documentation check using Microsoft word & Excel
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage appointment scheduling and phone communications
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Local Diploma or Degree.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience : Prior experience and proficiency in Microsoft word/Excel would be a plus!
- Communications: Proficient command of English
