Job responsibilities:
1、Responsible for the pre-sale program introduction of security chips, customer introduction work; responsible for the sale of hardware and software debugging, technical support; responsible for after-sales problem tracking, positioning, solution.
2,、can communicate with internal R & D / test technical issues, as a bridge between internal and external.
3、Collect customer requirements, track technical developments, and provide feedback to the product / R & D part of the demand.
4、Combined with customer imported problems and collected industry information feedback, put forward suggestions for security chip product optimization.
5、Independently support the landing of overseas customer projects, solve the technical problems of product promotion in overseas.
Job requirements:
1, more than five years of smart card industry, chip industry work experience;
2, for overseas banks, overseas ID products have their own insights, understanding of international norms and product development trends, can write the product MRD.
3, good communication skills, expression ability, learning ability and stress resistance, strong teamwork spirit;
4、Ability to adapt to overseas travel, on-site commissioning support.
