Senior Operations Manager – Trade Finance & Treasury (Bank)

Join our team as an Assistant Chief Manager in Operations, where you’ll play a critical role in overseeing settlement functions, Import/Export Bills, Loan Administration, and Trade Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily settlement operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Import/Export Bills, Loan Administration, and Treasury services.
• Collaborate closely with Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and internal departments to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee deal verification, processing, and settlement while managing daily Nostro account reconciliations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare MAS and Head Office reports on IEB and settlement processes.
• Optimize processes, evaluate risks, and enhance efficiency in alignment with business strategy.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage service level agreements, and lead internal projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Treasury Settlements, including Loan Admin and Import/Export Bills.
• 6+ years of team leadership with strong organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Treasury, IEB, and Loan products, local regulations, MEPS+, and SWIFT operations.
