  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Sales Metrics:

  • Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Basic salary + commission-based pay structure, tied to team performance.

Training/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in a sales management role, preferably in retail or interior design sectors.

Schedule:

  • 5-day work week, including Saturdays.
  • Sunday & Public Holidays off, with alternate Saturdays off.
  • Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm.
  • Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficient with EPOS systems, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF).
  • Experience with Canva for creating simple client proposals and presentations is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a related industry (interior design or homeware) is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of design trends and product knowledge within the luxury hardware market is advantageous
