The Property Admin HR/Executive supports the Property Manager in the efficient management and administration of properties. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing customer service to residents and stakeholders.

DUTIES

  • 1.1 Interacting with owners, tenants, and vendors daily.

    1.2 Assist the property manager with responding to owner/tenant needs, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly, including dispatching vendors to handle building- related issues, as appropriate.

    1.3 Draft and send owners and tenants any building-related correspondence emails

    1.4 Coordinating with Property Management Accounting person in charge.

    1.5 Handling all the MCST maintenance fees collection and sending late notices and defaults.

    1.6 Managing work orders, invoices, service records, contracts, and insurance requirements.

    1.7 Coordinating regular property inspections and routine property maintenance.

    1.8 Administrative duties

    1.9 Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external parties.

    1.10 Attendance require for Council meetings and Annual General Meetings during office hours and after office hours subject to the clients' requirement.

    1.11 Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
