This role presents an exciting opportunity in Prudential's AI transformation and contribute to the company's strategic goals. The AI Lab will play a crucial role in delivering substantial business value, enhancing customer experience, and establishing Prudential as an industry leader in AI innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the AI Lab’s global sandbox platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the sandbox environment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to teams using the sandbox for AI product development.
  • Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Ensure AI products align with Prudential’s core risk, data protection, and technology risk management policies.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the AI Lab.


Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
