Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of production, from initial concept, support the development of pitch and presentation materials, through post-production and release.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and creative teams to develop compelling storylines and scripts.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, securing necessary resources (funding for the film by pitching to studios, investors, or through other funding methods) and managing finances throughout the production.
- Oversee casting, hiring crew, scouting and securing locations, ensuring all production elements align with creative vision and logistical needs.
- Manage entire administrative production processes, including securing rights to scripts or books.
- Manage relationships with investors, stakeholders, and distribution partners to secure financing, negotiate contracts, and expand reach.
- Create video content for our social media channels, making sure each post is a work of art that keeps our followers engaged. From reels to long-form videos, you'll be the driving force behind our visual storytelling efforts.
- Manage promotional strategies and distribution plans for completed projects.
- Maintain high standards for all visual materials and ensure that every piece of content is not only visually stunning but also consistent with our brand guidelines.
- Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques and practices.
- Take on any additional tasks that arise unexpectedly during the production, ensuring they are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in production, ideally within a creative agency environment.
- Proven experience as a Producer in film, television, or digital media, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong network within the film industry in Singapore and/or the Asia Pacific region.
- Exceptional project management, budgeting, and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse creative teams.
- In-depth knowledge of film production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all levels of stakeholders internally an externally.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability on crisis management
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
- A good team player.
- Working rights required for this role.
- Preferably able to start work immediately.
