- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and compliance.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, CultJobs, Internsg, Glints).
- Assist with recruitment , including job postings, scheduling interviews and facilitating them.

- Comfortable working with and interacting with people
- A Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or Management or equivalent.
- A contagious positive attitude that can brighten even the gloomiest Monday mornings.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously while keeping your cool and maintaining a smile.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative to work independently as well as in a team.
- Adaptable, vibrant, dynamic and approachable.
