Responsibilities
· Provide full spectrum of recruitment
· Work closely with business operation to identify manpower requirement
· Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
· Create, propose and implement strategic effective hiring channels, procedures or techniques to improve recruitment measures & talent pipeline
· Effectively engage employees with daily operations needs
· Responsible for consolidation of weekly and monthly reports for operations needs and generate statistical report as and when required
· Be the point of contact to deliver value added services to both management and employees
· Others ad hoc duties as assigned
