About Us:Happinayls Pte Ltd is a growing eCommerce retailer specializing in nail art and nail polish supplies. We’re building an energetic, passionate team focused on expanding our platform and delivering top-notch products and service to our customers.

We are looking for a vibrant, creative individual who can bring our brand to life through engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns. If you’re enthusiastic about e-commerce, enjoy creating fresh marketing content, and are ready to jump in front of the camera for TikTok and Instagram, this role could be a great fit for you.

Your Role:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Drive end-to-end campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify. Conceptualize creative ideas and execute them, with a focus on digital engagement and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Design marketing materials including product brochures, posters, and banners. Create and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • On-Screen Engagement: Bring a lively presence to our marketing by creating engaging on-screen content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
  • E-commerce Management: Manage our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), handle product listings, and ensure all product information is consistent and up-to-date across platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries across social media and e-commerce platforms and assist with order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm new marketing strategies and actively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Who You Are:

  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to be a brand ambassador on screen.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a team environment and can also work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Organized and responsive, with an eye for detail and a commitment to results.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year in digital marketing and e-commerce, with knowledge of platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Digital Savvy: Passion for digital marketing and e-commerce, and ability to navigate both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Creative & Results-Oriented: Demonstrates creativity in design and campaign execution with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
