We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager who will spearhead the development and growth of our direct sales of automation-related solutions, focusing on Power customers while also expanding into other business segments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of automation solutions (hardware, software and services) to meet and exceed order intake targets, with a focus on process control and safety systems, as well as digital offerings such as cybersecurity services and industrial digital transformation consulting for the Singapore market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce) to support sales analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Utilise digital sales enablement tools and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance demand generation.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in industrial automation, with experience leading end-user sales initiatives with at least 3 years working in the Power & Utilities sector.
  • Possess a solutions-mindset to facilitate customers’ appreciation of long term cost effectiveness with zero down-time
  • Customer-centric and possess proven ability to engage customers with technical content
  • Go-getter personality with high leadership potential
  • Strong understanding of ICSS and distributed control system (DCS) with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts for technical support.
  • Familiarity with software control solutions would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams.
  • Strong team player with established network with end-users and EPCs in the Singapore market.
