Assistant Maintenance Engineer (PERM/West/$2.5K-$2.8K) REF:GTB

• Mondays to Fridays; Office hours
• Walking distance from MRT Station
• Salary: S$2500-2800/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures, inspections, basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment/equipment failure
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks at the facilities
• Allocate appropriate resources to execute work orders
• Assess the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM
• Maintain and complete timely records
• Organise small workshop activities, incorporate efficient ways to maintain new equipment/plant, supervise external vendors
• Be involved in installation and commissioning processes
• Ensure all maintenance activities carried out are according to policies and regulations
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) when needed
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and above
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Power Plant environment
• Preferrable to have knowledge in plant operations
