Key Responsibilities
About The Role
This position heads the Corporate IT services and covers the following business units of Human Capital, Legal, Corporate Services, Corporate Communications, Company Projects and Planning and other corporate functions where relevant.
Main Focus & Challenges
This position heads a small team responsible for all technology systems to enable/support the Corporate Services Business Units listed above. In particular, he/she will work closely with the Corporate Services Business Units to deliver technology systems to enable/support the existing systems and/or new systems. This role has a global mandate as some of the key corporate systems are used across the Group in APAC, EMEAA and US.
He/She manages multiple projects to be implemented, enhanced or maintained within the Corporate Services Systems. He/She needs to work collaboratively both inside the Group and with external partners, creating and communicating consistent standards of performance, and a high-performance culture. He/She will be expected to grow future leaders by giving them accountability and opportunities for growth.
He/She has overall leadership and responsibility for budget planning, expenditure monitoring, programme accounting and costing, and reporting for his/her department. He/She is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of programmes and supporting projects under the Corporate Services Business Units, focusing primarily on the identification and resolution of integration issues at project and system level.
This position reports directly to CIO of APAC for Gateway Services and Food Solutions.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in Programme Management that outsources extensively; strong experience in IT contracts & vendor management.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects that involve vendor(s), business users & IT team working together collectively to deliver results.
- A track record of success as an execution-oriented Programme Management executive within operational & technology working environment.
- A track record of successful implementation of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics initiatives across different business functions & geographies.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of leveraging business opportunities through the implementation of technologies.
