You will assist in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations in the polyclinic by providing administrative support in the following areas:

  • Clinic meetings, events and managing of logistics
  • Collaterals & consumables
  • Lost & Found inventory
  • Clinic's assets recording and updating
  • Digital archiving
  • Patient record management
  • Phone/Fax/Email Enquiries


You will also provide support in staff and patient engagement and registration when required, in addition to any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Training will be provided for hires with no prior experience.

Job Requirements

  • GCE O / N level / NITEC / Higher NITEC with 1 to 3 years of working experience
  • Entry level candidates welcome
  • Meticulous and withn strong administration, coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commit to 5.5 days' work week
