The journey
Since 2017, we have been on a journey with the clear goal of rethinking energy trading and organizational culture. A core element in this journey is to rethink how data and technology are a central part of our business, and we call this beautiful mix of energy and technology 'EnergyTech'. We have been very successful with our business in Europe and North America, and in 2024, we expanded our journey to APAC with offices in Singapore and Tokyo.
In the role of Head of People & Culture - APAC, you will be the go-to person for all people related matters in the APAC region. You will be driving the People & Culture agenda and this involves being responsible for every aspect of the employee life-cycle ensuring we attract, retain, and develop our talent while at the same time nurturing, and developing the unique culture we have and want to develop.

In this role you will be working from our office in Singapore.
Responsibilities - you will:
- Develop and lead the People & Culture strategy across APAC, driving efforts in attraction, talent development, and culture
- Manage all HR-processes including systems to keep things running smoothly, while remaining flexible and adaptable to the needs of a start-up
- Serve as a trusted partner for leaders and teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies
- Champion our culture, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing environment that sets us apart from the competition - to support and inspire you will have like-minded sparring partners in Europe and North America
- Take ownership of the employee journey form A-Z across APAC, ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with our values and mission
- Lead cross-team collaboration, cultural initiatives, and individual development that support our business strategy
- Oversee the implementation of People & Culture projects, ensuring scalability and impact across multiple teams and locations
Qualifications - we image that you:
- Have a strong educational background in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Have proven experience from a similar position or as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth organization, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives in the APAC region
- Have deep expertise in talent management and cultural development
- Have a strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with organizational goals
- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills and a track record of building trusted, long-term partnerships
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional language skills relevant to the APAC region being a plus
