We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our bench and support a variety of our F500 clients across multiple industries, including technology, financial services and hospitality to name a few.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support in house legal teams in case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained.
- Provide administrative support, such as calendar management, billing, and file organization.
- Help update the database, procure signatures, and send mails.
- Collaborate effectively with lawyers and other team members to ensure efficient case management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal / legal trainee in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using online databases and resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates who are used to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, assisting multiple team members.
- Proficient in using legal software and case management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
