Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
Handle customer enquiries / work orders via email/phone.
Key in all the job requests into system.
Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in Logistic Customer Service support or a related role.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
MS Office proficient
