Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.

  • In charge of implementing and managing food safety and quality assurance programs across the Central Kitchen and all outlets.
  • Perform training in SOPs, food hygiene and food handling techniques.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters concerning to food safety and QA issues.
  • Ensure all SOPs are adhered to at Central Kitchen & outlets

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
  • At least 2 years of QA experience in the F&B industry.
  • Meticulous and highly motivated.
