Job Summary:
As a Corporate Sales Manager specializing in health tech, you will focus on acquiring new corporate clients, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare organizations, and driving revenue growth on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a dynamic, motivated professional with experience in B2B sales, especially within healthcare or health technology, who can communicate the unique value of HealthTech solutions to improve client outcomes and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage corporate clients, including hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Use various sales channels—networking, cold calling, social media, and events—to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent new business opportunities.
2. Consultative Selling & Client Relationship Management
- Engage with healthcare decision-makers to understand their pain points and tailor HealthTech solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct impactful client presentations, product demos, and solution pitches, emphasizing the benefits of the HealthTech offerings.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on achieving short-term and long-term sales goals in the healthcare sector.
- Negotiate contracts, facilitate closing processes, and ensure successful onboarding in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and stay updated on product advancements.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the HealthTech space.
- To inform product and marketing strategies, and provide insights into client needs, market shifts, and new sales opportunities.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track sales activities, update CRM systems with client information, and document sales progress.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, along with recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously review and adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate sales, with a background in HealthTech, MedTech, or related healthcare technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry operations, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Highly organized and self-driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
