Job Description
Responsibilities:
. Executes marketing and PR activities for GMT Singapore and Southeast Asia
. Garners qualitative editorial support / photoshoots via engagement at different levels across different outreach plans
. Collaborates with the TMM team to review lightbox rotations and window animation proposals to ensure alignment of visual and communication strategy
. Supports the execution of events, exhibitions, POS openings, coordinating the various activities with the marketing, commercial and retailer teams of PPSA
. Coordinates with the commercial team on the delivery of watches to support events.
. Coordinates with the TMM team and executes the activities for the POS openings.
. Prepares press releases / advertising materials, publications, invitations and post-event reports of press, retailer and institutional events
. Assists in processing invoices and budget monitoring and reporting
. Supports retailers events and service centers with gifts, packaging and publishing materials. Monitors and manages the related inventory
. Translates documents from French to English
Requirements:
. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline, preferably with relevant marketing and visual merchandise experience. Minimum 2 years experience working with a luxury or premium brand.
. Knowledge of communication / marketing principles and commercial logic
. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
. Ability to work in fast-pace and changing environments
. Strong analytical skills
. Ability to coordinate third party vendors requirements, deliverables and budgets (agencies, contractors and retailers)
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Proficiency in French is a must
. Available for a 7-month contract (January to July 2025)
