- Agency operations:
- Preparation / calculation for loan draw down and associated payments, P + I + fee payments, loan prepayments, reserves, etc. (role of “Maker” for own projects and “Checker” for team members projects)
- Maintenance of transaction records, contact lists, etc
- Safekeeping of securities – maintenance of up-to-date security records (eg: share registers, documentation log, obtaining confirmations from our custodian agents, etc.)
- Rate fixing
- Audit confirmations and
- Preparation / update of contact details
- Fixed deposit placements – verification of signatures, checking of availability of funds, rate fixing, confirmation of placement etc
- Remittance applications – ensure payment is approved and funds are in account and made some preliminary checks before
- Assist in account opening and CDD eg input in systems, etc
- MAS Return on Syndicated Offshore Facilities – Return A & Return B – preparation of submissions
- Preparation of statistical reports / assist in preparation of slides for presentations or bid proposals
- Administrative duties eg filing, archiving of documents, checking status of outgoing faxes, preparing documents for dispatch via courier, post
- Assist in other duties assigned from time to time.

- Confident, proactive, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong communication , numerical and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point) are attributes which will help the candidate perform well in this role.
