  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, this role will:

  • Liaise with the senior management team to conceptualize, design and implement Leadership and Organizational Development long term strategies.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships to achieve the business objectives of a learning organization by focusing on curation of curriculum, talent development roadmap.
  • Drive for a future-ready workforce via innovation, technology and value creation tools.


The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Business, HR a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of Organization Development and Leadership development experience and experience working in the public sector would be preferred.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with C-level executives on effective stakeholder management.
  • High level of energy and resilience as this has traditionally been done in an unstructured and informal manner.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
