Job Scopes:

  • Oversee HR functions: recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management.
  • Manage work pass applications, visa renewals, cancellations, and repatriation.
  • Handle Workman's Compensation, Group Hospital & Surgical Claims, and medical benefits.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Manage recruitment from job postings to hiring decisions.
  • Administer compensation claims, healthcare, and welfare programs.
  • Resolve staff queries on medical claims and benefits.
  • Plan company events: annual D&D, Seventh Month Prayers, and team activities.
  • Serve as primary contact for HR queries, providing policy guidance.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director and department heads.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Knowledge of HRMS system will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of local employment laws and work pass regulations.
