The HR Admin Payroll professional will be responsible for ensuring that all employee compensation is processed accurately and timely, while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding their compensation-related issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive payroll data. Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the HRIS system.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and other related issues.
- Coordinate with the HR team to manage employee benefits and deductions accurately within payroll processes.
- Support the annual payroll budget preparation and other financial activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll administration and knowledge of payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing payroll data.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel experience with HRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management.
