About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and self-motivated team player to join our Team in Singapore to help drive and implement our leasing strategy for our properties under the Weave Living umbrella. Reporting to the General Manager, this person will be responsible for expanding our client base (B2C and B2B) for our properties and managing our customers’ journey from lead to move-in to retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive our market’s overall leasing and pre-leasing initiatives especially for new properties in collaboration with the Marketing and Community teams
  • Develop leasing strategy for new properties with monthly goal setting for leasing activity and demand generation
  • Implement any pre-leasing or leasing initiatives especially for new properties in collaboration with our Marketing and Community teams
  • Convert resident applications (B2C) from lead through to move-in as well as managing expires and renewals
  • Conduct property viewings for potential residents by eloquently showcasing our unique Weave experience and USP
  • Identify new target corporate clients (B2B) and actively generate new leads as well as managing existing corporate relationships across our portfolio of properties
  • Be an expert on the Weave product offering, be able to tailor our value proposition to specific individuals and corporate client’s specific needs as well as to handle queries on the phone, in person and via email from potential residents
  • Prepare sales related reports for Management
  • Monitor and analyse competition to identify selling strategies and emerging trends
  • Participate in the development of the marketing plan and collaborate to achieve budgets, and work closely with the Marketing team to conduct market research and data analysis for market trend and resident analytics

Eligibility:

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Successful track record in Sales or Leasing functions

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of professional working experience in sales and/or leasing setting, and with existing network of corporate contacts
  • Relevant working experience in hospitality/ serviced apartment / rental accommodation / co-working / co-living industry would be an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail oriented and the ability to work independently
  • Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills for handling queries
  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Extensive network with relevant HR/administration teams in corporates as well as relocation agents
  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills with a flair for influencing others
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Some flexibility in working hours required (particularly for property viewings) and may involve hours outside of normal working hours
