As a Sales Representatives ,You will be Responsible for driving Recruitment efforts while also actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our Client base,You will play a Important role in building and maintaining relationships with Clients,Ensuring a seamless recruitment process for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted and strategic partner for thei recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct screening to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary support throughout the process.
  • Negotiate terms of employment and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certified in CEI / KAH is a must.
  • Proven experience Employment agency business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend networking events.
