The CAA Singapore office is seeking a Team Assistant, Partnerships to join their growing CAA Sports - APAC team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the Sports Executives, carrying out research, diary management, doing expenses, preparing presentations and connecting with prospective brand partners with the ultimate aim of establishing new partnerships for our Sports Property (teams, governing bodies) and Sports Talent clients. Some Property clients include Formula 1, Oracle Red Bull Racing, UEFA Euro, Chelsea Football Club, Riot Games League of Legends, T1, LA Clippers, USTA, TGL ; and Talent clients include some of the biggest names in sport.
These roles are an important part of the CAA structure, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will, in time, become an Executive within the company.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General market research / analysis as required on: Clients, Industries, Brands, Contacts, Territories, Legislation.
- Cold outreaching brands to generate new business leads.
- Creating new business pitch presentations.
- Creating client meeting update presentations.
- Providing general assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad client base.
- Day-to-day support for the team, including diary management, travel arrangements, general administrative support.
- At least 1– 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level in English and ideally 1 other Asian language.
- Some experience in working in Asia and pitching to Asian businesses.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Must be meticulous and have an excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and multi-task.
- Experience in working across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to prospect new brands.
- General understanding of the marketing and partnerships industry
- Previous experience in sales or client facing roles, especially in the Asia Pacific region is desirable
