Be part of the Customer Service function in the Oil & Petroleum industry in supporting all logistical requirement for the customer, managing berth and cargo planning, shipping and cargo documentation, Customs administration, month-end closing duties including all the department’s administrative duties.

Be part of the Customer Service function in the Oil & Petroleum industry in supporting all logistical requirement for the customer, managing berth and cargo planning, shipping and cargo documentation, Customs administration, month-end closing duties including all the department’s administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and efficiently schedule the berthing of vessels and daily terminal activities for customers, through planning and coordinating, and must be on call standby (24/7) during assigned planning period.
- Responsible in coordinating and resolving customers’ logistical needs through coordination with Operations and other departments.
- Accountable for the administration of all petroleum shipping and cargo documentation.
- Responsible for coordinating and resolving issues with counterparties such as Singapore Customs, MPA, PSA, EDB or any other shipping agents and surveyors to manage the customers’ requirement.
- Ensure all month-end activities such as invoices, accruals and payment requisitions are timely and accurately generated.
- Ensure timely and accurate compilation of information and reporting to Singapore Customs.
- Responsible for reports on issues relating to logistical or product incidents (including high variance and contamination), and other management reports.
- Subject Matter Expert in company's electronic Terminal Management System and coaching users.
- Provide coaching to teammates on all customer service functions and duties.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in knowledge of oil and petroleum products.
- Possess strong competency in Oil & Petroleum Terminal’s Customer Service skill sets.
- Possess good critical analysis and strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with Management levels.
- Able to work independently and function well even when in stressful situations, and as a co-operative team-member.
- Must be on standby 24/7 during planning period and able to work after office hours when require
