The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to support a renowned FMCG (Food Manufacturing) space, and supporting the APAC office based in Singapore
  • Salary: Up to $3500 (Subjected to experience)
  • 5 days work/ Office Hour
  • Working Location: CBD
  • 6 Months Contract

Job Scope

  • Monitor payroll and compensation policies.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll activities with providers and HQ.
  • Distribute employee communications.
  • Implement new HR policies and practices (e.g., health insurance).
  • Assist with regional labour cost budget preparation.
  • Complete administrative paperwork for new hires, terminations, and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit reports and government survey returns.
  • Collect, maintain, and update employee data archives.
  • Manage tracking and analysis of presence and leave.
  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities and supplies.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop orientation documents for new hires, as needed.
  • Manage basic training operations.
  • Assist with transfers and international assignments (fiscal/legal/immigration).
  • Process and maintain documentation for staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist HR Directors in managing local HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in human resources or business related
  • Self-motivated, independent, fast learner and able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
