  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Officer/Executive at Jurong-Clementi Town Council. The Property Officer/Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, including facility management, lease administration, property management, and ensuring excellent customer service for residents in the community.

Qualifications

  • Facility Management (FM) and Property Management skills
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Lease Administration expertise
  • Experience in property or real estate management
  • Knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations in Singapore
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional certification in Property Management or related field is a plus
