Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating investor relations materials, including press releases, announcements, presentations, website content, and speeches.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and production of the Annual Report, corporate marketing materials, collaterals, and marketing events.
- Conduct research and analysis
- Plan and execute investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows, and conferences.
- Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management for key events, including AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results announcements.
- Prepare communication materials and regulatory reports.
- Conduct daily news scans and produce daily market updates for management, covering key office/retail markets in multiple regions
- Maintain and update announcements on the company website.
- Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility events for the company.
- Compile quarterly metrics for sustainability reporting, analyzing trends and variances for management reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or Real Estate.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of finance and accounting is plus.
- Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to obtain the CMFAS license.
