Job Description:Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pmJob scope- Job delegation on day to day operations based on the attendance and volume or respective customers.- Responsible to liaise with customer service department to arrange all inbound/outbound activities within deadline- Conduct daily spot checks on documentation, warehouse operation process, warehouse surrounding.- Perform operational training to team members- Maintained records for all operational documents- Managed team attendance records and verified vendor invoices- Managed purchase requisition and system updates- Overtime management for team membersJob requirements- with 3 – 5 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor under any global Logistic Service Provider- Required to have forklift license and able to drive forklift and reach truck- Able to speak, read and write English for drafting operational reports- Basic PC skills and experience to handle warehouse management systems- Experienced to handle staff members of 20 headcounts- Required to work days and required to perform overtime as requested- Prior experience in managing medical related products would be added advantage
