Job Description:

Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
Process Purchase Order to vendors
Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups.
Process delivery or shipping documents, co-ordinate with Singapore &/or Philippines warehouse,
Forwarders and Transporters to ensure smooth delivery to customers

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Sales Coordinator/Customer Service experience
(Handling Sales order, Purchase order, Sales Coordinator, shipping documents and other sales coordinator support role)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to use Mandarin to liaise with China customers & vendors

Knowledge of quotations or invoicing is NOT required.
Experience in handling shipment, or work with logistics is preferred.
