We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnership who will support the acquistion of new partners and manage landlord relations to achieve the long-term business goals of the organization.
The ideal Candidate possess advertising media industry experience, has a proven record in securing new partnerships (non-sales) and maintaining landlord contracts including day to day operations and communications.
Job Description
New Business (Non-sales)
1. Support Business Development Director on acquiring new concession & landlord partnerships to strategically grow our medial presence in Singapore and entrench the company's market leader position.
2. To achieve this, the KPIs include:
- Writing winning proposals with compelling arguments, meaningful insights, and measurable action plans to secure new strategic contracts with Landlords.
- Assisting in the preparation of responses to Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Ensuring our proposed advertising programs comply with regulatory guidelines whilst meeting market demends.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for essential details to make winning offers.
Landlord Relations
1. Play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with concession & partners including private and government landlords through professional servicing, responsive, prompt, and reliable communications.
2. Establishing good relations with relevant regulatory authorities for consult on policies / regulations governing outdoor advertising.
3. Responsible for managing advertising concessions which includes day-to-day activties such as
- facilitating campaign approvals
- prompt communications to key stakeholders
- accurate and timely monthly sales reports
- conducting site checks as necessary to ensure fulfiment of contractual obligations
- applying for government licensing
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet contractual obligations includings but not limited to:
With Project and Operations teams
- deliver quality design and safe implementation of media assets
- ensure safe maintenance operations and consistent service standards
- attend monthly meetings with government partners and preparation of meeting minutes
- accurate and timely submission of routine reports such as sales and maintenance operations reports, etc.
With Sales and Production teams
- encusre campaign are in line with government partner's guidelines and creative execuions meet safety requirements.
Requiremenet:
1. Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing
2. Minimum 2-3 years in New / Strategic Business Development role with Account Servicing experience, preferably in the Advertising and Medial industry.
