Position: Retail Centre Assistant – Tennis Centre
Responsibilities:
· Assist manager to take care of day-to-day operations of the shop, including tennis court booking, retail shop and cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
· Verifying client sign-ins and availability.
· Help schedule coaches’ time slots and maintain a smooth workflow of the tennis classes
· Assist manager to liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of the retail shop
· Assist marketing agency to provide materials for company’s social media platforms if needed
· Assist manager to maintain an accurate inventory list of all equipment and supplies
Qualifications:
- Preferred background in sports, with a strong interest in tennis, knows well of the sport including rackets, strings, tennis tournaments etc.
- Previous working experience in retail shop preferred.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, particularly when interacting with children.
- Sports management graduate preferred.
