About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of various projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and team members.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Provide direction and support to project team members.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
