Sales Manager (Marketing)
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of offline activations and being responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Recruit, manage and train Moomoo offline sales brand ambassadors (BAs) to drive acquisition goals through various offline channels including but not limited to roadshows and events.
- Implement incentive schemes and proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
- Run training programs to ensure all sales BAs understand Moomoo's platform and product suite, and marketing campaign mechanics, and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional teams, including partnership, legal and compliance, to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from offline sales.
- Prepare regular reports and sharing on offline sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
- Support any other relevant marketing initiatives such as offline activations and roadshows where necessary,
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital brokerage or similar financial institutions.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an offline sales role.
- Good knowledge of various asset classes, including but not limited to stocks, options, and ETFs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong send of ownership and ability to work both independently and within the team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new sales and growth opportunities.
- MAS-licensed financial representative is a plus
- English speaking and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
