Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth in assigned customer segment or geography.
  • Foster relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client goals and our product offerings.
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales and solution architects to translate customer requirements into actionable plans. Facilitate communication between sales and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, shaping our commercial strategy accordingly.
  • Contribute as active member of the sales team and supporting professional growth. Ensure that the team is trained and equipped to effectively promote our products and solutions.
  • Track sales performance against targets and analyze results to continually refine our sales approach and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business strategy, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
