We are currently looking for an HR Director to lead our Human resources team.
Main responsibilities
- Verifies HR policies and procedures ensuring their conformity with the local law and the company.
- Management of Employee Relations, contracts and reports. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Furnishing the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.
- Controlling staff time Management and monitoring leaves balances.
- Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Lead recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Administration of the Company’s HR System, and ensuring its smooth and accurate Operation and update.
- Implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, and assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
- Assists management in Occupational Health and Safety meetings and practices
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior role in HR
- Experience in HR in luxury hotels
- Experience working with international companies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
