Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

The job will support our brands and commercial organization to digitalize consumer retail touchpoints through data-driven decision making.

Key Areas

Retail & Digital Innovation and Tracking

  1. Track and identify retail trends and innovations relevant to VF
  2. Build and amplify internal innovation community
  3. Implement and drive digitalization initiatives

Retail Analytics

  1. Leverage data from retail touchpoints to provide insights to drive operation efficiency and channel revenue
  2. Work with business teams and external teams to implement consumer-centric initiatives, including data adoption across channels through understanding business needs and building relevant dashboards and technical capabilities.
  3. Partner with DT to standardize data collections and quality

Web Analytics

  1. Analytics deep dive to drive business objectives, bring and execute action plans
  2. Drive UIUX discussion to drive site optimization
  3. Dashboards optimization

Digital Marketing

  1. Maintain regional tracking on digital marketing
  2. Work with internal and external partners to drive digital marketing effectiveness and innovations
  3. Stay forefront in product updates, best practices and opportunities

Functional Competencies

  1. Understand end to end consumer journey
  2. Analytics experience in Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or other similar BI tools and ability to deliver insights from data.
  3. Passion for digital trends, E-commerce, Omni-channel trends and digital innovations
  4. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  5. Ability to facilitate change, especially at start-up phase and in translating initiatives into actions

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree, good command of English both in writing and speaking at business level preferred

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years in analytic and/or digital-related role
  2. Experience in retail industry is necessary, working at apparel or footwear brand is a plus
  3. Experience in managing vendors is a plus

Language Proficiency:

  1. Fluent English is necessary
  2. Fluency in an Asian language is a plus
