We are looking for an Commercial Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, to develop and enhance the overall performance of the Southeast Asia markets, to deliver sales target and to focus on retailization of the existing POS under Wholesale (Retail Partner) operations. This candidate will also be required to support on various sales reports, administrative matters, products enquiries and ordering.

Key Responsibilities
- WHOLESALE (RETAIL PARTNERS) ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (65%)
- Define commercial guidelines in terms of incentives, marketing plans, network development, sales order fulfilment (Model Stock Orders) and inventory management.
- Retailization implementation: clear KPIs set up and monitoring across all Retail Partners (including retail metrics, contract strategy, operating models.
- Foster and maintain close relationships with Wholesale (Retail Partners), motivate and animate the Brand Ambassadors, ensure high service standards and optimal support to the Brand.
- Close collaboration with all internal stakeholders (Training, Operations, VM, CRM, Finance, HJ, CRM, Security) on topics related to network, animation, display, stock, logistics, staff engagement etc.
- Partner with Retail Team to foster cross learning and collaboration opportunity for IB & EB alignments.
- Collect feedback on EB/POS and brand performance, consumers and competition activity
- REPORTING AND ANALYSIS (25%)
- Prepare Wholesale (Retail Partner) reports on retailization KPIs (Retail Metrics, Contact Strategy, Operating Models - model stock, auto-replenishment, booster ordering, inventory, SOSI etc) on a monthly basis.
- Any ad-hoc report preparation if and when required.
- EVENTS AND PROJECTS (10%)
- Assist in event organization (invitations, coordination on logistics/travel arrangements for VIP customers attending overseas events).
- New openings and closings, and ensure all SOPs are in strict compliance.
- Support in boutique activations, Wholesale (Retail Partner)’s events & high jewellery event if and when required
- Assist Commercial Director in preparation for market visits and annual Watches & Wonders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen and data analytics.
- A good team player and good negotiation skills: able to build and maintain robust professional relationships with Wholesale (Retail Partners) and other stakeholders.
- Time management: able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to shift priorities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Geographical area under responsibility: Southeast Asia
