The Company is growing and we are looking for talents who are passionate in the people business to join our team as a Business Developments Executives/Managers (B2B) dealing with the client side or as a Consultant (B2C) dealing with the candidates.
Business Developments Executives/Managers (B2B) Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands
Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set
Educational Consultant (B2C) Responsibilities
Secure appointments from client enquiries through different platforms centralized in our CRM system
Create connections to potential candidates from provided leads and sources through phone calls
Send reminders to candidates for upcoming appointments
Conduct consultation to potential candidates on programmes
Application Forms filling and administrative etc
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
Good understanding of the recruitment market
Strong communication and people skills
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
