Undergo a Management Trainee program with us either Front of House/ Back of House
Front of House
• Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.
• Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.
• Prepare the daily sales report.
• Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed.
• Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling the food and beverage items.
• Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required.
• Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.
Back of House
- Prepare, cook food and able to develop innovative ideas for new recipes.
- Instruct kitchen crew and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Responsible for approving all prepared food items that leave the kitchen.
- Able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficient.
- Ensure that quality culinary dishes are served on schedule and to see if any problems that arise are rectified.
- Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance to established standards.
Requirements:
• At least ‘N’ Level/ Higher NITEC/ Professional Certificate in F&B management
• At least 2 years of experience in management of Food and Service Operations
. At least 1 year of experience in management of Kitchen Team, Food Cost and Food Quality control.
