Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a friendly environment.
Stay informed about promotions and advertisements, especially at the cash area.
Accurately handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and credit notes at the register.
Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
Establish prices, organize bills, and issue receipts or change based on invoices.
Count and record cash transactions, ensuring proper turnover of the cash register to the next cashier.
Compute and record transaction totals.
