Sales Support Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new bookings and managing existing business blocks in Opera
• Prepare all documentation to be sent to clients in accurate and timely manner (e.g. sales proposals and contracts)
• Generate team reports
• Handle all incoming telephone enquires effectively
• Assist with any other sales support projects and duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system
• Sales knowledge would be an advantage
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
