Cashier

We're looking for a friendly and efficient team player to join us in Katong! If you have a warm, helpful attitude, enjoy fast-paced work, and can handle multiple tasks with ease, we'd love to hear from you! Here's what we're looking for:

Skills Needed:

• Sweet and courteous customer service skills -
• Comfortable using the POS system
• Bilingual (Chinese and English)
• Organized: able to record daily inventory, report sales, answer phone calls, and take orders

Duties include

• Greet and welcome customers
• Take customer orders (and communicate orders to the kitchen if necessary)
• Pack customer orders
• Answer customers questions
• Key in orders in POS system
• Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties when necessary.
• Check inventory (e.g. ensure sufficient stock of items) and raise inventory orders when needed.
• Keep service areas and shop floor clean and organized.

Working Days and Hours

• Full-time (5-6 days a week)
• Part-time (3-4 days a week)
• At least one weekend required
• Work day starts at 8am
