Job Description
- As a member of a Cross functional team, you are required to provide Medical Affairs perspective into various plans and strategies including Clinical Development, Investigator initiated studies, hospitals tender and listings and marketing initiatives
- Lead and plan full medical strategy for Oncology products
- Develop and ensure the successful execution of medical plan for Nubeqa and Vitrakvi, including and not limited to key stakeholder and treatment landscape mapping, scientific engagement and management of internal and external stakeholders, identify key partnerships to shape disease landscape and drive paradigm shift in the prostate cancer treatment and NTRK fusion positive cancer treatment, plan and develop medical materials to deliver key scientific messages strategically, etc.
- Manage Thought Leaders (TLs) & External Relationships where you will act as a primary medical contact for TLs, proactively engage TLs in peer to peer medical discussions, manage speakers for local events, develop potential local TLs as speakers for Bayer nationaland/or regional or even global events, and build scientific partnerships and collaborations to achieve medical strategic objectives
- Assume the role of a Medical Expert for Global Clinical Development trials in designated therapeutic area locally. In addition, seek to drive and manage investigator sponsored studies in alignment of global strategy
- Identify and build hospital and patients referral network for oncology as part of the Larotrectinib ASEAN hub strategy, including partnerships with key hospitals and other important stakeholders in ASEAN countries
- Ensure Compliance and Safety by acting as a role model, demonstrating consistent ethical and professional behavior, reviewing and approving promotional material related to assigned therapeutic area according to the pertinent SOP and local regulations and local code and ensuring compliance with all relevant Bayer SOPs and with local legal and ethical standards
